Food Safety
Often, the first gaze on your premises from customers will be your food hygiene rating sign as a benchmark of your hygiene standards. The star rating scheme is one which your company must strive to achieve to the top level of five.
It applies to all food establishments such as restaurants, pubs, cafes, juice bars, sandwich shops, wine bars, takeaways, hotels, supermarkets, butchers and catering establishments also food shops, cinemas, schools and college kitchens etc.
The appropriate face to face accredited food hygiene training course. We are a Highfield (HABC) approved centre. Highfield is one of the UK's leading awarding organisations for vocational qualifications. If face to face training is not for your company, we offer a great choice of Highfield online courses. All certificates, e.g. food hygiene certificates, can be downloaded immediately upon achieving the passing rate
All food handlers should receive the appropriate training
E.g. Food Hygiene Level 3 for management and chefs, Food Hygiene Level 2 for staff / front of house and all staff including management should be trained to at least Level 1 Health and Safety standard
